It was the morning of Tracy's birthday when Paul told her she had 5 hours to pack because the family was going on a surprise trip. The Biltmore is open 365 days a year whether it rains or snows, whatever the circumstances, their staff is on it. So when Asheville, NC got hit with 6 inches of snow after a forecast of "maybe possibly perhaps you'll see snow", I had the pleasure of meeting this family in a Wintery Wonderland.
